Order Status Definitions

Pending Payment / Cancelled
Your order is awaiting successful checkout or was cancelled.

Processing
Payment received! Our system is preparing your order for delivery. If you need a refund, you can request it now by contacting support.

In Progress
Your order is actively being delivered! We verify that your username is correct and your account is public. If we detect an issue, we'll pause delivery and email you instantly to fix it. Normal delivery takes 3 to 12 hours depending on the package size.

Completed
Your order has been fully and successfully delivered.

Refunded
Your order was refunded per your request or according to our refund policy.
